Overview
FlashPost is built for legitimate transactional email. This Acceptable Use Policy describes what you may and may not send using our infrastructure. Violating this policy may result in immediate suspension of your account.
Permitted Use
- Transactional emails triggered by user action (receipts, confirmations, OTPs)
- System alerts and internal notifications
- Password reset and authentication emails
- Account lifecycle emails (onboarding, invoices, cancellations)
- Webhook-triggered automated emails where the recipient has opted in
Prohibited Use
- Unsolicited bulk email (spam) of any kind
- Email to purchased, rented, or scraped mailing lists
- Phishing, fraud, or impersonation of any entity
- Content that violates any applicable law or regulation
- Malware distribution or malicious link campaigns
- Content that promotes hate speech, violence, or illegal activity
- Using FlashPost as a relay for another email service provider
Enforcement
We monitor sending patterns, complaint rates, and bounce rates continuously. Accounts found in violation of this policy will be warned or suspended at our discretion. Serious violations result in immediate termination without refund.
Reporting Abuse
If you believe someone is using FlashPost to send you unwanted email, please report it to abuse@flashpost.io. We take every report seriously and investigate within 24 hours.
